Short Term Disability Management: From the onset of claim until return to work, Maximus Rose and Acclaim Ability Management consultants manage non-occupational absences from work. We can apply our services within a complete Ability Management Program or individually within your existing structure. The way in which our services are integrated into your workplace will depend on your unique objectives and needs.
Workers Compensation Management: We work with our sister company, Acclaim Ability Management, to perform a Workers’ Compensation needs analysis to review current disability management processes, personnel, corporate culture and occupational injury/illness costs over a designated period. Once the needs analysis has been completed, an implementation plan is then developed jointly with the employer.
