With this knowledge we provide expert advice on the marketplace including differences between insurers, marketplace trends and changes in the legislative framework, tying it all back to your employee benefit philosophy.

We are not just a Third-Party Brokerage coordinating your benefits with your insurance company, we are an extension of your HR team. We make it our priority to ensure your employees and their families are taken care of.
Our Team
Maximus Rose was founded in 2013 with offices in Toronto, Sault Ste. Marie & Sudbury. We’re an experienced team of benefits advisors, disability management leaders, social workers, human resource experts, occupational health and safety specialists and wellness advisors, partnered with leading companies in benefits solutions.

Tony Fasulo
Chief Executive OfficerTony is the founder and Chief Executive Officer here at Maximus Rose. With over 30 years of industry knowledge, Tony’s focus is on reducing costs to the employer, while simultaneously improving the employee experience, through the development of customized programs and industry best practices.
Tony has a great palate for good wine and Bourbon. He appreciates travel and adventure and considers himself quiet the art connoisseur. He is also an avid Raptors fan and is always up for a friendly game.

Sean Bradley
Vice PresidentSean is our President at Maximus Rose. Sean’s expertise comes from almost 30 years of experience in the health services sector. He has utilized his knowledge in all aspects of health service, insurance, and human resources to provide innovative and modern-day benefits plans to our clients.
Sean is the outdoorsmen of the group. He enjoys fishing and camping with friends and family. He also has a shirt for every occasion.

Chris Sanderson
Vice President, OperationsAs our VP of Operations, Chris focuses on implementing innovative trends and solutions and identifying opportunities to enhance current benefits plans for organizations large and small.
Don't be deceived by Chris' dapper appearance, he also enjoys getting his hands dirty. He in an avid landscaper, home renovator and most recently a first-time dad.

Josee Lebeau
Sales ManagerJosee specializes in sales and has over 15 years in employee and individual benefits, with expertise in health, dental, disability and life claims. She is fluent in both French and English and is committed to providing her clients with tailored packages and exceptional service.
Josee is the daredevil of the group. She loves all things adventure, including riding her motorcycle to any new camping site. She is petite but can demand a room with her outgoing personality and enormous smile.

Lenna Angelidis
Director of MarketingLenna is our Director of Marketing. She has a background in creative advertising and specializes in brand identity. Lenna takes pride in providing the best solutions for client experience and assisting with expanding the business by providing solutions through a creative yet pragmatic approach.
When she isn't working, Lenna loves spending time with her large family. She loves the arts, including dance and music. She’s reliable and great to talk to, however don’t call her for directions.

Mike Delfre
Client AssociateMike in one of our Client Associate's. He is responsible for business lead generation, business promotion and customer service support. Mike has volunteered to raise funds and serve on boards and committees for Easter Seals, United Way and the Canadian Hearing Society. He is a former Big Brother and a volunteer probation officer. Currently Mike volunteers for the VON and Harvest Algoma Food Resource Centre.
Mike is an amateur cook and has, so far as we know, not killed anyone with his dishes. He also likes to garden and explore nature and is an avid reader.

Marise Hopkins
Account ManagerMarise is our account manager at Maximus Rose. She assists in helping clients with anything to do with group insurance. This includes marketing your business to acquire competitive rates from insurance carriers; assisting in the implementation and enrollment of groups and employees; negotiating yearly group renewals with carriers and creating financials for group plan enhancement and cost savings.
A fun fact about Marise, she is fluent in Swahili, and has lived half her life in Tanzania. In Marise's words: "It's a country in Eastern Africa that could give the beaches in the Bahamas and The Maldives a run for their money."

Eileen Harford
Health and Wellness ConsultantEileen is the Health and Wellness Consultant and the EAP Intake Coordinator at Maximus Rose. She specializes in providing counselling for Mental Health, Addictions, Grief, Family Counselling, Marital, and any additional services our clients need.
Eileen enjoys staying active and particularly enjoys hockey. She is a Pittsburgh Penguins fan and has a dog names Crosby. It’s no secret who her favourite player is.

Heather Guzzo
Practice Leader, Drug Benefits SolutionsHeather is a Pharmacy Manager with experience working with various insurance companies across North America. She possesses a strong understanding of pharmacy sciences, disease states and medications. As an experienced pharmacist, Heather provides knowledge and insight into client adherence, drug trends and health benefits.
Heather is the life of the party! She is fun and can always bring the energy to any room. She enjoys hiking, yoga, and spending time with her family. If Heather wasn't a pharmacist, she would be flying planes.

Polina Kitikova
HR ManagerPolina is our HR Manager at Maximus Rose. She is responsible for managing our employee life cycle. This includes developing company’s HR strategies and procedures, recommending new policies, delivering full recruitment service, identifying organizational change opportunities, overseeing people management, providing coaching and resources to employees and managers.
In her free time, Polina loves to travel and explore new places. She loves taking occasional drives to the nearby mountains for a ski trip. If she isn’t traveling or sightseeing, she is at home teaching her cat, Echo new tricks.

Heather Wellings
Health Benefits NavigatorHeather Wellings is our UFirst and Health Benefits Navigator and a Registered Practical Nurse. Prior to working in Healthcare, Heather was in the Banking and Insurance industry. At the age of 40, believing it is never too late to try something new, Heather decided to embark on a rewarding career in Nursing. She is passionate about helping people from all walks of life, including caring for newborn babies or with end-of-life care. She is a strong advocate of removing the stigma surrounding mental health.
Heather is happily married for 25 years and the mother of two amazing daughters and the best Golden Retriever, Buddy. She loves music and has had stints performing in a band and a choir.

Celine Solomon
Marketing CoordinatorCeline Solomon is the Marketing Coordinator at Maximus Rose, responsible for overseeing and executing the company's marketing initiatives. Celine studied Marketing at George Brown College to pursue her passion for the field.
In her free time, Celine enjoys going to the gym 5-6 days a week to stay fit and healthy. She believes that a healthy body and mind are key to success in both personal and professional life.
A fun fact about Celine is that she spent 24 hours in Paris last year and fell in love with the city's charm and culture. She can't wait to go back and explore more of what the city has to offer.
